The Reviewify website is provided for general information about Reviewify, to request a personalised demo and to open an account. Content on the site is provided in good faith and is intended to be accurate at the time of publication.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, security or availability, or the experience of other visitors.

Reviewify provides a branded digital loyalty program for your business, including digital loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, rewards and visit tracking, notifications and post-visit feedback tools. Features may change and improve over time. Fees, inclusions and billing are set out separately and agreed with you first. Those documents, together with these Terms, form the agreement between us.

We will tell you well in advance before any change to your subscription or a material change to your account.

The Reviewify name, wordmark, emblem, and terms including Reviewify HQ™ and the Reviewify Library™ are trade marks of Reviewify. All content on this website, including copy, layouts, code and design, is owned by Reviewify unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, republish or use our content or marks without prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewify is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the services provided through your Reviewify account. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Reviewify provides loyalty software and personalised setup. We do not guarantee any specific customer return rate, review volume, revenue result or other business outcome. Google controls its own algorithms, features and search results, and external factors influence business performance. Our commitment is to a structured methodology and consistent, professional execution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You and Reviewify submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia in relation to any dispute arising from the website or our services.
