We collect only the information we need to prepare your personalised demo and run your loyalty program. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, mobile number, the website or Google Business Profile you share, and any context you provide about your business goals.

Where you open an account, we may also collect information relating to your loyalty program, customer visits and rewards, feedback and review activity, customer communications you ask us to send, and billing details necessary for the service.

What you tell us when requesting a personalised demo is used only to prepare that demo and to look after your business. It is stored securely, and information shared before you have an account is only attached to that account once you have verified who you are.

Any information submitted through forms on reviewify.com.au, or shared by email, is treated as confidential and used only to respond to your enquiry, provide the service requested, or maintain a considered ongoing relationship.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. Aggregated analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors and is retained only for as long as it is useful for improving the site.

We may contact you in response to an enquiry, to arrange or follow up your personalised demo, or to tell you about your account — including before any billing or material change. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications, and any operational communications include a clear way to reply or opt out.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes using reputable service providers, access controls, and secure transmission (HTTPS) across the website. No online service can be guaranteed as absolutely secure, and we will notify affected individuals in the event of a material data incident where required by law.

Reviewify handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of that information, and to make a complaint about the way it has been handled.
