We collect only the information we need to have a useful conversation with you and to deliver our services. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, mobile number, the website or Google Business Profile you share, and any context you provide about your business goals.

Where you engage us as a client, we may also collect information relating to your Google Business Profile, review activity, customer communications you ask us to manage, and billing details necessary for the engagement.

When you request a Discovery™ conversation, we use the details you provide to schedule and prepare for that conversation. This information is stored securely and is used only for the purpose of the enquiry unless you subsequently become a client.

Any information submitted through forms on reviewify.com.au, or shared by email, is treated as confidential and used only to respond to your enquiry, provide the service requested, or maintain a considered ongoing relationship.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. Aggregated analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors and is retained only for as long as it is useful for improving the site.

We may contact you in response to an enquiry, to arrange or follow up a Discovery™ conversation, or to deliver the consultancy services you have engaged us for. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications, and any operational communications include a clear way to reply or opt out.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes using reputable service providers, access controls, and secure transmission (HTTPS) across the website. No online service can be guaranteed as absolutely secure, and we will notify affected individuals in the event of a material data incident where required by law.

Reviewify handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of that information, and to make a complaint about the way it has been handled.
